I think you need to balance the room in general and not just focus on that wall. I’d probably start with where the TV is and lean toward some symmetry here. Mount the TV on the wall and either flank it with bookshelves and a media console or shelves attached to the wall then styled with items like personal pictures, books (that you care about), and plants for some life.
On the wall in question, put some pictures gallery wall style, a triptych, or a single, large-format print that meshes with your style.
