I cannot understand what the issues are with US companies…. you guys are getting total crap service !
I get wines shipped to Ireland approx 30-40 times a year from many countries including: Spain / France / Germany / Italy / Denmark / Australia / Georgia… only once did a box arrived broken but the couriers refunded total value and allowed me to keep the intact bottles… and twice a parcel went AWOL but again the transport company refunded the seller who then refunded me.
