Would you reorganise this room? How can i change/decorate it to feel more cohesive and 'homely'? This sort of stuff doesn't come naturally to me so looking for inspiration 😂
P.s. the odd 3 seater will be replaced by a 3 seater from the same collection, it just hasn’t been delivered yet, so please ignore the eye sore

It desperately needs colour. Everything is grey

IMO I don’t think you have space for another 3 seater. The tufted chesterfield should be pulled away from the wall as the placement of the 2 look awkward as they are. Right now it’s in the walkway from the front door. Pull the chesterfield forward, add some kind of console on that wall that can function as a drop zone, and instead add a single chair where you want to put another 3 seater. This would look so much better.
Also, remove the curtain framing the hallway. And remove the chandelier. There should only be one in any given space unless you have a very large great room. Change it to a pretty sparkly flushmount light.
There is just a lot going on and trying to make the space larger than it is by pushing the chesterfield to the back wall is not working.

Jealous of the space then! I still think everything I said would make it look much more cohesive regardless of what the space is being used for.

Add bright accents – like pillows, indoor plants, throws or artwork to live up the room.

Get rid of the old couch , rearrange, get an accent char and a coffee table, plants.

Big canvas between the window and the door leading outside, I’d also move the mirror which is currently above the fireplace to above the couch opposite the window.
Plus I would get rid of the dark couch next to the window, and instead put the light coloured couch there (which is currently in the path of the door leading outside). I wouldn’t have any couch there in the path of the door.

There’s a lot going on and no contrast. It needs more color and a rug. Two chandeliers is too much for the space, leave one and get another complimentary light fixture. Mount the TV over the fireplace and move the mirror to the blank wall.
