Should I put a dresser here?

So I’m thinking about revamping my bedroom and need some advice thank you.

I’m planning to switch the dresser to a shorter one and less deep one. But need some advice..

I know the tv is too high but any lower will really be in the way of the closet and walking. But I just don’t know if getting a dresser below it will be a good idea.

Im switching the curtain rod and the light to a black fixture

Would love advice of how to make it look nice.
