A 2011 vintage from Deutz, blanc de blanc obviously
First nose a bit too heavy on honey notes, but after 20 mn in the bottle and glass it became a fine and high density BdB chardonnay. 16/20.
The super cool trick with Amour from Deutz is that the metal capsule is heavy, and golden, and comes with its own little rope so you can tie it into a necklace around your wife's neck. Honestly, hard to beat that for a Valentine night 🙂
