Every room in this place is a different shade of turquoise. It's … a lot and I want to paint ASAP!

It's a small condo. The first photo shows my main room: the front door opens onto the living room with open kitchen. Although it's blinding next to the windows the rest of the room is super dark, so I'd a light paint color. Normally, I'd be looking at white, but as you can see in the photos, the ceiling, trim and plantation shutters are starkly white.

I'm grateful for any help or advice, no matter how small. Thank you!

We need to know more about the space. What’s the furniture like? How does it flow into other spaces? These photos are fine but really close up and no context to use for reference.

  2. My only bathroom is this first color and we love it. Shower, vanity, and floor are all white. Paired it with pops of coral, dark blue, peach, yellow, hot pink. I live in Florida in a 1950s home and it works nicely with all the natural light.

You can still do a white on the walls. You need a warm white without yellow. I like Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee but their Creamy White is nice too.

We don’t know what your taste is like! I’d say if it has to be done 100% immediately, like you don’t even have time to paint swatches, do Benjamin Moore Classic Gray, which almost reads as soft white but is lovely with stark white trim. But I have zero sense as to whether you want traditional, funky, boho etc. Classic Gray is just safe and artwork looks great against it.

But I’d hiiiiiighly recommend doing paint swatches on different walls and see how the color changes throughout the day.

I think something neutral but warm (but not yellow) like sherwin Williams White heron would look good with the flooring and tile.
