  1. Abeja Estate Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Franc 2020, Washington State

Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.

Nice nose with black fruits, oak, tobacco leaf, herbs, dark chocolates, bell pepper, earth and black pepper.

Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, cooked plums, oak, dark coffee, spices, tobacco leaf, black pepper and earth.

Nice finish with soft tannins and tangy cherries.

This 6 year old Cabernet Franc from Walla Walla Valley is starting to drink nicely now, but needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.

Earthy and spicy. Elegant with a soft mouthfeel. Interesting stuff.

A good food wine that will pair nicely with Lamb dishes.

100% Cabernet Franc grapes were aged for 21 months in (17% new) French oak barrels.

    14.5% alcohol by volume.

    91 points.

    $86.
