I want to improve this area and would love some help. Right now my biggest commitment is changing the light fixture to something more classic and timeless so I'm not thinking about changing it again in a few years. Is the one I pictured fitting or will that be dated. Is it already dated?
Next is the curtain situation which were originally just something try get by with but are going on five years now. I hate the grommets. I would love ideas here, it's very oppressively sunny in the evening so I need coverage.
I'm eventually getting a new table but not any time soon, though, I wanted to know if the 48" diameter round is the best shape/size for the area, it helps when I have four chairs that I can angle them so there's walking clearance.
Yes, I know the fake wall flower thing sucks, I'll deal with that later. 😅
