Planning to buy a cheap rug.
What’s the best size for the room or rules to follow?
ChatGPT says overlap front legs by 15-30cm. For the side chaise that is 1m width, that leaves a huge 70cm tile to wall – should I just cover it deeper for the side?
What designs will be good for this area? Everything looks grey and flat.
Added some AI and digital pics that thought look quite okay.
I ideally wanna stick to “standard” carpet sizes so it’s cheaper.

Fire size but pushed further under the couch. I don’t love the three options though.

This, in my opinion, is the best option. Ticks all the boxes except the legs of the sofa are just making it to the rug. If you can get something that goes say about 10 to 15 cms deeper below the sofa, it will be a great addition. 9 Feet (~275cms) width is a standard size and I guess will take care of it.
