

Principle: Fry tomato paste in olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, bay leaves, and a teaspoon of saffron. Continue cooking, stirring the mixture and preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pan or burning. Add a little water and continue cooking over low heat until the sauce becomes darker and more concentrated. Season with salt and pepper. Note: Fava beans cooked in water with salt and cumin can be added to the pasta at the end as a meat substitute. Enjoy! 😊
