Hello! I’ve been in our new house since June ‘25 and things are still slowly coming together. I feel like I have the basics down, but I’d love to hear your opinions and ideas about/for the space! Let’s start with my front living room- I’ll make a separate post about the other rooms when I’m ready. I also have a picture of the formal dining which is directly across the room in question- just to give more of an idea of my style.

It’s nice and clean and cohesive but it reminds me of a hotel lobby. Lacks personality and warmth. I would add more color and more unique/personal items and better art.
So beautiful, clean, practically perfect, i’d only add a warm floor lamp! Good job.
It’s cute! I would consider adding some colorful or patterned pillows to the couches to add some visual interest. And possibly pull the plant stands out of the corner a bit. Right now they’re feeling cramped. There’s a lot of symmetry going on, which I don’t mind but it could be fun to mix it up a little.
