I live in an old cottage and bought these curtains because I love the pattern and they fit the aesthetic. They're a sort of off-white (the picture looks cream but they're almost greyish in real life) and varying shades of blue. Wondering what bedclothes to pair with them? Plain blue is a bit boring, white clashes and another pattern feels like too much. Any ideas?!

Depends on what kind of design you want to keep but you can go both ways light or dark
It depends on your own personal style. I’d totally do a smaller or larger check or plaid in the same hues. A really large plain or window pane would look nice. Or a smaller simpler floral. The trick to matching prints is to match or complement the colors and to pay attention to the scale of each print so that one doesn’t overpower the other.
