The blend is composed of 50% Grenache, 28% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre and 2% Muscardin.
Color: dark purple.
On the nose: intense aromas of black cherry and blackberry, accompanied by black pepper and licorice. With time, hints of vanilla also appear.
On the palate: full-bodied, medium acidity and well-defined tannins give the wine good structure. The taste is dominated by black cherries and black pepper, with subtle notes of vanilla. Long finish.
Wine is ready to drink now, offering good balance, but also has potential for further aging.
