I also recommend color like others have mentioned – painted walls and a brighter rug and pillows alone will make a huge difference and get rid of those washed out “cheap hotel” vibes

Lower the mirror 6 inches, get some plants.

Color. And stuff.
There’s no art, no plants, no stuff that’s uniquely you. Can you move some of the furniture to another room or something? One of the problems is that it’s so crammed full of furniture. Next, an area rug with some color, get rid of the grey thing.
The mirror seems to be of a traditional style, but the coffee table and TV console are this hard-edged, glossy finish, almost industrial look.
The bedroom lamps gotta go. They’re grey, and have almost no style, just bland. The floor lamp is kinda cool though. Can you use the coffee table and TV console table somewhere else? They’re a lot of why it looks so cold and bland in there. I think the grey couch is fine, it’s light enough to be a neutral, especially if you bring in some color by way of throws and accent pillows.

Remove the patterned blanket from the sofa and replace it with a solid-colored, textured blanket. Place a tall potted green plant on it.
