A complex layered champagne. Medium plus intensity aromas- a nervous core of taught lemon and green apple, followed by lemon curd, yellow apple, pear, lemon blossom, toast, brioche, marzipan, and honey. On the palate, rides a nice line of nervy and soft at the same time. The green apple stands out more and the honey lingers. Fine delicate mouse. Long finish.
