Yes looks like a tourist style bottling of Tokaji. Being from 95’ this is sort of in “rebuilding era” not many producers were making anything great as it was essentially a big co-op production region during the Soviet Union… if it were Royal Tokaji(sort of protected as a “national” gem) then it would be something extraordinary.
All in all though, the wines of this era were pretty much bullet proof, so chill it down and enjoy it with some fresh ripe fruit salad or cheese(fresh fruit is a great safe pairing for sweet wines where you’re a bit uncertain due to age or story line…)
