I’m going to remove the cat stand and everything! At a loss for how best to style this because it feels blank and it’s awkward for curtain placement. I also don’t want to lose too much light but it needs something! Suggestions?!

I really like it as is, actually. But if you really feel the need to return the baby and puppy, then I would build out a cushioned bench with a bookshelf underneath, personally.
