If someone is able to identify this that’ll be crazy cool. I’m sorry but with the facts you gave us that could be thousands of wines. And with the front label is not visible it’s tough. Maybe someone can make out the top wrapper and that’ll help

So I’m presuming it’s the Scampi in Philadelpia restaurant, they say they are BYOB, so did you bring it in? Or did you buy it from the restaurant? In which case try to send an email with the photo and see if they can help you out. The white label and golden text on the neck should be recognisable if they keep tabs on what that restaurant sold around NYE

The band at the top implies Italian, and the bottle shape is reminiscent to a Barolo. Tough call from there because the colorway used there is super common.
