Most of the furniture in my living room is finally in place, but I keep going back and forth on whether I should add a rug.
On one hand, I’m worried a rug might make the space feel a bit crowded since the room isn’t huge. On the other hand, without one, everything feels a little cold and unfinished, especially with the stone floor.
I’m aiming for something cozy but still clean and simple, not overly layered or busy. Would a rug help warm things up, or should I keep it as is?

Yes. It’s like the perfect floor/room for a rug
A simple, light rug will warm the space and make it feel finished without crowding it. Go low pile, neutral and big enough to anchor the furniture clean, cozy, not busy.
If you don’t put a rug in here, all of your furniture is going to continue to look like it’s sort of floating. It definitely helps. Add to a warmer feeling a more cozy feeling a more comfortable feeling under your feet.

Yes. A nice neutral with maybe a small touch of the dark orange you have in the cushion. Something like this. https://www.rugsusa.com/en-ca/products/lessie-vintage-diamond-rug-multicolor?variant=47064896897080&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=RugsUSA-CA-GOOG-Shopping-PMAX-Non-Collabs-All&utm_agid=&utm_term=&creative=&device=m&placement=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21791837268&gbraid=0AAAAAD_thW-f1CwQ8Nn4w7orraMbPCCSL&gclid=CjwKCAiAs4HMBhBJEiwACrfNZVyui19q6o8eS5T96SwKhx-SpcuXAmLKQ2AiKMovKSTyKvyTMpCa1RoCFp8QAvD_BwE
