Any recommendations to keep heavy glass lamps attached to a finished wooden table? I have an energetic 5 year old and the base is not particularly wide so it is easy to knock over. It is solid glass so it is very heavy.
I gather museum wax might be too weak, but museum putty might do it? Or would it still be at risk from getting knocked over?
If anyone has suggestions for something stronger, I wouldn’t mind a semi-permanent bond but I would like the option of removing the lamp some day. In that case I could accept some damage to the table (but not the lamp).
