Bedoba Orange 2022.
Dry orange wine from the Kakheti region of Georgia. "Bedoba" means "Day of Luck" or "Day of Fortune" in Georgian.
The wine is made using traditional Georgian methods, including fermentation in clay amphorae qvevri buried in the ground.
The cuvée consists of the indigenous varieties Rkatsiteli (70%) and Kisi (30%).
Color: amber.
On the nose: intense aromas of honeysuckle, peach and ripe apples combined with notes of orange blossom.
On the palate: the wine is very pleasant and well-balanced, with distinct acidity and intensely fruity profile with orange blossom accent.
The finish is medium-long.
