I i found 2 bottles of this Aussie blend cah/touriga nationale ( my fav grapes) from 2015 on a shelf of my local supermarket,slighty above my usual price range, it has strange metal screw cap covered in black plastic.

Should i age it for few more years or drink it this year( i got space to store /age wine propely) Appreciate the,advice from mire expierenced fellow wine enthusiast

    I don’t think this is the type to benefit from more ageing, open up now. May well be past its prime

    There are very few wines in the grand scheme that need more than 10 years. There’s nothing about what you’re describing that suggests this is one of those.
