A fairly typical NZ style sauv blanc, but it's refreshing to try such a young vintage.

Color is very light, almost like water.

Aroma, let's be honest, it's cat pee…however after letting it sit for a while it evolves into blackcurrant leaves. Definitely not a beginner's suav blanc (I'd recommend a French one) but if you know what you're getting into, it's nice to try such a young vintage. Just decant and let it sit for a while before your pour and don't smell it straight from the bottle, as the "cat pee" compounds are fairly volatile and will dissipate quickly.

Palate is again blackcurrant leaves, red currants, green apple, grapefruit and citrus.

Overall not bad for €12.
