If you’re considering the Harmony Modular Sectional from West Elm, please just don’t.
We bought ours in the color Alabaster in the performance linen and have nothing but issues.
– Cushion covers come apart at the seams and cost over $250 to replace.
– Ours came with multiple pieces lacking proper structural support and sagged due to manufacturing defects. They replaced the ottoman because of this but wouldn’t replace the seat.
– The ottoman cover can’t be washed or fluffed properly because the top cushion cover does not come off.
– Fabric may not match what’s advertised. An upholstery cleaner said the fabric seemed to be cotton and not linen as advertised.
– Customer service does not help with any issues past 1 year.
For the price, the quality is extremely disappointing. Look elsewhere if you want a good couch.
