I’ll be dog/house-sitting for a colleague for a few days and payment is any three bottles from this list (in their cellar). They insisted any bottle is fine but I personally feel that drinking the ‘87 Sauternes or Tignanello would be impolite (and I don’t know them super well).
What would you pick from the others? I’d be particularly keen to select wines that are drinking well right now — partly to experience them at their best, and partly not to commit ‘infanticide’ in someone else’s cellar… (I think that’s the right term I’ve seen on here!)
