how would you guys deal with this. I have contacted last bottle but no reply yet. my shipment of elivette 2006 arrived but four bottles were frozen and one had a popped cork.

    Last Bottle has the absolute worst customer service of any online wine company Iโ€™ve tried (that includes Morrell, Acker, Thatcherโ€™s, Hi-Times, and Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™m forgetting some), so they likely wonโ€™t respond or itโ€™ll take a week or two for every single response.

    That said, did they not offer you the option to ship later? If not, and you have proof, you very much have grounds for a refund OR a credit card charge-back if they donโ€™t respond in a satisfactory manner.

    They seem to be oblivious about the damage freezing cold weather can cause to wine (they even admitted via email to me that they only account for high temps when determining shipping dates).
