I do know this room is really gross and awful. I’ve mainly been using this room for storage/a cat room it’s been overwhelming to tackle and I need ideas and how I can arrange the furniture to where it will look better. And if you have any tips on how to decorate this room, I would be super grateful 💕

You have a lot of stuff! Do you really need it all? Perhaps reorganise the smaller bits first (a fair bit can go in the cupboard) and then arrange furniture you actually need.
The space has good natural light, but it feels visually crowded right now.
I’d start by editing what stays in the room: fewer open shelves, more closed storage, and defining one clear work zone. Once the clutter is reduced, the room will instantly feel bigger and more functional.
