Hey guys, after spending years only drinking and enjoying Aussie wines without thinking too deeply about it, I’ve branched out into European Natural wines. I’ve had most of these wines before and loved them and I’ve got a pretty good handle on the grape varieties and regions I like but I’m definitely not in a position to be making tasting notes of any value. Is this a good entry point to start understanding the tasting profiles so I can really blow my money on some really nice stuff that I know I’ll like? Is that dumb and it doesn’t work like that? Is there anything particular to note about any of these? I’ve got a super long wish list on More Natural Wine but I’m keen for advice first!
(I had a dud bottle of the Susucaru in Sicily but had some nice Frank Cornelissen so had to give it another go. Went to Etnella but missed Vino Di Anna so keen for that!)
