Goal: We want to have an Entry way that allows us to sit while putting shoes on, drop keys, wallets, etc. and area to take shoes off when we enter house.
We currently have a chair in the entryway and a console table. We were thinking of adding a mirror above the console table and adding a a round rug in the middle of the area. See floorplan and mock images. The only thing we don't like with most console tables is you can see all the 'stuff ' on it ie. Wallets, headphones, etc. We like a cleaner look.
An idea was to get a secretaries desk or something bigger with drawers and putting a full length mirror on the wall by the chair. We also thought about a round rug like in the images but with a round table in the middle too and a bench on one side and full length mirror on the other. This might make it feel too crowded though
Anyone have any other thoughts?
