I have long been interested in wine, and as such have both WSET level 2 and 3 booked to sit this year, purely as something on the side. My career has absolutely nothing to do with wine, but I’ve found myself fascinated by the nuances – it’s never ending and the learning (and tasting!) element intrigues me greatly.
Anyhow, I had a load of decent bottles sat around doing nothing, so decided to take the plunge. It actually has probably double the amount of bottles pictured in there now, but really enjoying the journey. The start of something perhaps 😅
