In my opinion the best producer out of Jura, all the wines are incredible so unique. Other than the red to be honest which was the usual Jura red style, much better than many imo, but still not my style. All the whites are insane, the macerated, best macerated wine I’ve ver had, the Chardonnay’s being the best overall

I had a chance to taste Sonorite du Vent at a dinner date. I liked it and have a funny story attached to it’s taste now. Its intriguing, how some moments attach to the fragrances or the tastes.
