Becoming big fan of gredos mountains in Spain. The high altitude really does something to the wines which is hard to describe. Here a bottle from Arturo molineta – 1º de mayo 2024. Absolutely loved it paired with some old Dutch cheese 🧀 🍷

The few wines from Ca di Mat I’ve gotten to try in the U.S. have been great—incredible value.
