I just bought my first home and the first thing I need to do is put up a fence. I wanted to get others opinions on which option would look better and/or just be the better option (maintenance etc.) the backyard is not very big and itโs actually connected with our neighborโs yard. Their house is behind ours so our backyards literally are fully connected.
One option is a wooden privacy fence with black aluminum poles. I like the idea of privacy and not having someone be able to stare straight into my yard and porch.
Other option is an aluminum fence that is pretty spaced out. I like the look of this and this it will feel less claustrophobic. Since the yard isnโt huge Iโm a little worried about feeling boxed in with the wooden fence. I would potentially plant some trees or greenery along the fence so there was some privacy but Iโm a little hesitant to take away grass/backyard space for the trees.
