My partner and I are closing on this 50s triplex this week, and 2 of the units each have an original tile bathroom. Weโll be living in one of the units for a year or so and renting out the others (most likely furnished), so weโre not planning on doing any major renovations to the house. Here are my plans so far on freshening these bathrooms up – one is already painted a very light tealish color and itโs grown on me, so Iโll probably try to match the other bathroom. Any additional thoughts?
