I’m guessing somebody tried to do an awful repair job on part of the floor. Apart from badly color matching, (the lighter tile is the correct one) the darker pieces are raised up, and there’s large cracks where grout is suppose to be.
Many tiles in the corners especially have pieces missing and/or are badly cracked.
Also, the floor isn’t dirty in the pictures (ok it is a little), those black brown specs are little… dings? Or something.
I have no experience with this kind of thing
