Replace with non glass? Or other options?

I changed the bulbs and must've over tightened the glass cover. Heard popping over night into this morning and noticed the glass was cracked. One more night the whole glass cover would've fell shattering glass everywhere. I'd like to replace it but with non glass material. Do they make non glass replacements? Providing a link to one would be greatly appreciated. I'd also be open to other options to make it loom nicer
