Do these shelves above the bar work?

Built a new home and we have a downstairs wet bar and theater area. Do these work with the counter top and other shelves on opposite wall?

I unfortunately don’t have even stud spacing above bar. My options for lighter 48” shelves is a bit limited it seems. I found these darker brown shelves that I’m torn on whether they work. Sometimes I like them sometimes I don’t.
