Under contract on this 1880 century home. I have a foyer space that I am stumped on what to do with it.
I am into mid century modern but any ideas for what to do with this foyer? It’s a tough one because there are so many doors/windows/ entryways etc
Some ideas that I have:
-Initially I wanted to get rid of white paint on rails going around and restore back to the original wood but I was told this would be a lot of work and not worth it.
-Repaint the walls a warmer tone
-Change chandelier to something else (open to ideas on what kind would like nice here)
That is about as far as I have gotten. The photo is taken at .5 so it looks bigger than it actually is so keep that in mind too.
