Hello, I recently purchased my first home and one of the renovations I would like to tackle is the fireplace in the center of our main living area. This two-sided, cornered fireplace sits between my formal dinning room and living room.
I haven’t been able to find many inspiration photos for a more modern style but would appreciate ideas on how to bring this out of the 90s. Ideally, with it being such a focal point in the main living part of the home, I’d like to do something that would attract future buyers knowing this is not my forever home.
What do you suggest for a facelift? I’m thinking a new mantle, tiles or stone? Thoughts?
