Pictured here: Meinklang Weisser Mulatschak 2021 with Puerto Rican grilled chicken, arroz and tostones at Papa's Cache Sabroso in Chicago. I found this wine to strike a perfect balance between crisp / easy-drinking and complex / flavorful for the summer, we thoroughly enjoyed it and it definitely held its own against the boldly seasoned meal.
