100% Chasselas aged for 12 months on the lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Pretty straight forward, racy acidity, kiwi fruit, round, juicy, very expressive.
Could probably age well, but this was the last bottle. Absolutely beautiful.
Shame we don't see more Swiss wines here in the US.
