Huge rec. Philine Isabelle, aged in concrete. Total stunner, so pretty. Much lighter than any other chard but maintains structure and creaminess. Not necessarily deep or big but super mineral and savory. Loved it. Only 2000 bottles so try to snag one if you can 😉
