Have been holding onto this for some time, living in my fridge since I took it home from work that day. Just getting around to opening it now and I have to say it’s aged nicely. A little, a hint of, VA on the edge but the dried tea and citrus rinds come on a sturdy acid backbone, with medium-ish body, really makes it work. An image of decayed flowers comes to mind.
