Enjoyed this wine a bit ago.
Aligoté from one of my favourite Beaujolais producers. Very fresh, high acidity, pineapple rind and stone fruit.
Every start of the summer i fall back in love with Aligoté. I am amazed at the quality of wines that it can produce, especially considering how much it can be looked down upon, within burgundy producers and drinkers. Isabelle & Bruno make serious beajolais wines, with low intervention style. I have not had a wine that i didn’t adore from them, they are such high quality.
