Bought the place I'm November and planned on updating the kitchen. Water leaking from the ice maker accelerated the process. Took out a wall at the top of the steps (2nd floor kitchen) and removed the cabinets/ counter next to the wall to make it flow better

Looks nice. How much room do you have between the island and the Cabinets
