My first wine from Buronfosse.
A beautiful chardonnay from Jura. Reductive, smell of lemon and marzipan on the nose. Slightly oxy.
Full of energy, lemon/stonefruit with quite a long finish. Salty.
A great wine that really captures what I look for in a bottle from Jura.
Combined with some bread, Comté and dried apricot.
