How do we feel about that? I mean, you’re not going to buy a copper oven or dishwasher, so you are going to have some stainless in there anyway. I don’t doubt you can find a copper oven or instant hot tap, but it’s going to *greatly* narrow your choices. I think I’d rather just be ok with some minor mix-and-match.

Feel this is more arts and crafts than craftman due to its thick ornate fixtures. Either way, not how I would want to live but well executed.
