Super delicate and delicious! This is great with breakfast, actually great anytime really. Nose of strawberry, raspberry, light citrus, maybe a tiny bit of yeast. It’s got a nice acidic punch that’s like a mouthful of tart strawberry lemonade. It lightens up, but the berry/mineral flavor carries all the way through and lingers through the finish. Dynamite!
