Could there be a better white wine than this? Maybe, but I’d be so happy to just drink this one forever. It’s crazy delicious! You can deep dive into it’s complexity or just crush it. Nose of apple and peach, with luscious acidity and mineral on the tongue. Like a cider grenade! I couldn’t stop laughing while drinking this, it feels so joyful. Cheers!
