Just launched this all Italian wine list at our Roman inspired pizza and pasta restaurant. Minimal intervention/natural wine list catered to a less adventurous crowd. Iโve peppered in some more natural leaning favorites of mine onto the bottle list, but tried to play it safe with the glass pours while challenging guests to maybe step outside their comfort zone and experiment with some lesser known Italian varietals. Looking for any suggestions or critiques. Thanks guys!
